  • Check for power issues: Go to your electrical panel, has the breaker been tripped?

  • Verify your thermostat settings: Make sure the thermostat is set to the "heat" mode and the temperature setting is higher than the current room temperature. Is it showing a code?

  • Is your out door unit running? If the answer is no, turn the thermostat to the “OFF” position and call us
