We were very pleased with your response to our HVAC needs. You took time to listen to the questions and concerns we had re: our old HVAC system. The installation went well and we are happy with our purchase. Our home temperatures are more consistent and more quiet than our old system. Our surprise package arrived. We were so impressed by the gentleman who installed our unit. They were persistent in the heat and rain and meticulous in taking care of our house as they worked. We had no clue they were working after the end of each day, they cleaned up all their stuff. They kept us informed throughout the process and provided my husband with information before they left. (I may still have questions, but I will get those answers along the way). I do wish I could have had my own demo. We really could not be happier with the installation process.

The guys that were here were awesome...I can't say enough good things about them.....your company came out twice to put in freon to make us comfortable and even offer an AC unit...the salesman Jim was awesome too....everyone was...even when I went to the office to pay....you are just an awesome company and I am recommending your company to everyone!

I dealt with Jim and he came into my home not as a salesman but the feeling as someone helping me to find the best product I needed and could afford, he explained everything and was always available for questions no matter the time or day. The install team was on time and worked hard. They cleaned up after themselves and got the job done on time and in time for the heat wave! I appreciate all of their hard work. I would definitely recommend to a friend as I was referred by a friend.

I was surprised and pleased that the new system was installed in under 8 hours and without any issues. The thermostat was explained and the tech did a good job. However, there is a lot of information to digest so I would strongly suggest an owner’s manual be provided to customers as a resource.

Great, quick, on-time installation. A service technician (Joe V.) even came after the installation on Christmas Eve Day to make adjustments to the new "smart" thermostat. Very courteous, professional, and prompt. Also, a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson with good recommendations.

My heat pump failed to cool last night. We woke up to a warm house. I called FM Berkheimer at 7:20am to report the problem. They were out and had it running again by about 8:35am. WOW! That is service! Fortunately it was only a bad capacitor.
I have been doing business with them for over 40 years...starting with an apartment they serviced then two new homes!
Now you know why i won't rely on anybody else. Great people and service!

I like the quality of the work, their employees, the staff up to the management, the quality of materials that they use and the cleanliness. When they perform the work, they really go out of their way. It's unbelievable. There is no spec of dust anywhere when they are done. They would be the only people I would ever go to.
