Have had two great experiences, but the most recent was the best! Our AC went out on a Friday evening. They were quick to respond to my call-in request for emergency service, as well as timely in their technician. Repair was quick and the tech was very friendly and professional! Everyone from your salesperson, Jim, to your crew, including your receptionist, Courtney, is top-notch and does their jobs with courtesy and speed. The crew completed the installation of the heat pump a day sooner than anticipated! They also accommodated the change in covering the one internal drain line that I requested. Every one of the four internal units works very well and I'm happy to report that my entire garage, both floors, has been nice and warm, even on the lowest setting! Great job, FM Berkheimer!

Berkheimer has always been the first choice with us for heating & cooling needs. Our last system installed by you (including ducting retrofitted into our home) was virtually 20 years old and never had a single problem. There was a delay in installation caused by COVID19 but this was unavoidable. The new system is really being appreciated this year.

I chose FM Berkheimer because my mom had them install her new AC unit about 20 years ago. She never had any issues with her unit and they were the cheapest and best quality for the price. The family and employees that work at FMB are beyond respectful and courteous. They were very aware of my price point, but that I wanted a quality unit and they installed just that! I can't say anything bad about my experience with them. They are absolutely wonderful!

FM Berkheimer installed our original A/C unit 30 years ago. We never had a problem with that unit but because of its age, we decided to upgrade to a newer and more advanced Carrier unit. This was a huge job because the evaporator unit, coils, fan, etc., were all located in the attic and had to be dismantled to get it out. They also took out the old air filter unit and upgraded it with a newer one which makes it much easier to change the air filter. They also replaced the old outside compressor with a new one and replaced the old compressor foundation with a larger one because the newer unit has a bigger footprint and required a larger foundation. The team of four Berkheimer technicians was fantastic. The tear out of the old unit and the install of the new unit took barely 5 hours. The team did outstanding work. After they left, you never would have known they were there because they cleaned up everything. All team members were cordial, personable, knowledgeable, and very competent. The new unit works wonderfully. We can't say enough about FM Berkheimer. They are an excellent company and we would highly recommend them. Great job guys!

My heat pump failed to cool last night. We woke up to a warm house. I called FM Berkheimer at 7:20am to report the problem. They were out and had it running again by about 8:35am. WOW! That is service! Fortunately it was only a bad capacitor. I have been doing business with them for over 40 years...starting with an apartment they serviced then two new homes! Now you know why i won't rely on anybody else. Great people and service!
